Ethics

Good business ethics is part of GT’s general trading. There are many factors in regards to ethics that need to be considered. Ethics of finance, ethic of human resource management, ethic of sales and marketing, ethic of production, ethic of property, property rights and intellectual property rights, international business ethics, and ethics of economic systems.

The GT Code of Ethics is a statement of the common values of this company and declares that we will make every effort to uphold this code of ethics. It is to guide us in the decisions we make as businesses and individuals and to assist us with our responsibilities to the principles of local and international rules and ethical business practices.

We have responsibility against our industry, customers, and people. We strive to:

•       use only legal and ethical business practices which leads us to maintain the highest standards of business conduct

•       actively promote and encourage the highest level of integrity within the related industry.

•       be fair and respectful to employer(s), employees, associates, competitors, customers, the public, and all business or professional relationships.

And finally, we are committed to the fair trade in any related field of work.
